1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Any action or transaction completed on our website using a valid OTP sent to your registered contact details will be deemed authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all activities under your account.
    
    
• Unauthorized Access Notification: If you suspect that your account or the device used to receive OTPs has been compromised, you must notify ManyMart Customer Service immediately. ManyMart is not liable for any losses caused by failure to secure your device or unauthorized disclosure of OTPs.
  
  
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms, provide fraudulent or misleading information, engage in abuse of discounts/returns, or if the account remains inactive for an extended period.
  
  

3. PRODUCTS, PRICING & ORDERS

• Product Information: We strive to display product colors, specifications, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual packaging or minor design elements may vary.
  
  
• Pricing & Availability: All prices listed on manymart.com.hk are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise specified. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  
  
• Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or cancel orders in cases of stock availability issues or pricing errors. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly.
  
  

4. PAYMENT & B2B PURCHASES

• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayMe, and other payment gateways integrated into our website checkout.
  
  
• B2B Bulk Orders: For institutional, social welfare, or bulk procurement orders, customized quotations, formal invoices, and tax/audit receipts will be issued based on separate B2B agreements.
  
  

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Free self-pickup is available at our Kwai Hing Warehouse.
    
    
• Delivery Partners & Regions: Deliveries to Hong Kong and Macao are handled via SF Express (supporting door-to-door or SF Locker/Station pickup). For non-standard or restricted delivery zones, customers must contact customer support prior to ordering.
  
  
• Dispatch Timeline: Orders confirmed before 9:00 AM are dispatched for same-day or next-day delivery via SF Express, subject to stock availability.
  
  

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

• Eligible Return Cases: Returns or replacements are strictly limited to items that are damaged during transit, have manufacturing defects, or were sent in error (wrong item). Change-of-mind returns or late requests are generally not accepted.
  
  
• Reporting Window: You must report defective or incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt by contacting customer service with order details and photographic proof.
  
  
• Item Condition: Approved return items must be in their original, unused condition, complete with original tags, accessories, and full packaging. Damaged or unsellable returns may be rejected or subject to a partial refund deduction.
