Shipping & Service Commitment

Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch the items immediately if they are in stock.

• Orders confirmed before 9:00 AM are generally delivered on the same day via SF Express.

• Orders confirmed after 9:00 AM are generally delivered on the next day via SF Express.

If an item happens to be out of stock, we will arrange stock replenishment and notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Fees

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of HK$25 per order. Enjoy Free Shipping on all storewide purchases over HK$99.

Delivery Options

We use SF Express to deliver throughout Hong Kong and Macao, supporting both door-to-door delivery and SF Station / SF Locker self-pickup.
